The design narrative for Iorio Plastic Surgery and Medspa, centered on contrast and bold sophistication. The inspiration stemmed from the desire to create a modern space with character, where rich textures meet clean lines, and where each space reflects the innovative and individualized care provided within. The moody concrete-inspired walls serve as a dramatic backdrop to plush seating and bright, tailored furniture.

Balancing elegance with edge, this space was crafted to inspire confidence while maintaining approachability. The layered textures, gold accents, and structured furnishings speak to a client base that values aesthetics as much as comfort, making it a perfect visual metaphor for the practice itself.
