NEW CONSTRUCTION

BELMAR, NEW JERSEY

MODERN EXPRESSION OF BEACHSIDE LIVING
A two-story house under construction with dark blue siding, a metal roof, and a covered front porch. The house is unfinished, with wooden supports and stairs leading to the front door. There are windows on both floors, and a small oval window near the gable. Construction materials, a portable toilet, and tarps are visible in the front yard.

This coastal gem in Belmar was given a complete exterior overhaul, transforming it into a crisp, modern expression of beachside living. Taking inspiration from the Atlantic horizon and classic American coastal architecture, we used strong geometric lines and a bold navy-and-white palette to emphasize clean symmetry and timeless curb appeal.

The original facade was stripped down and rebuilt with thoughtful attention to proportion and detail, from the updated gables and windows to the streamlined porch columns and inviting entryway. The result is a beach house that feels grounded yet breezy, echoing the spirit of the shore while embracing a polished, contemporary edge.
