For Michele Spadavecchia, inspiration comes from everything that surrounds her. She observes the movement and the energy of her surroundings as she journeys through her whereabouts. Then, the “Aha moments!” flow, promoting creative expression through design, making each mise en scène uniquely personal.

Through her vision, Michele and the Asta Design Group team have designed well-curated residential properties and commercial interiors, with an impressive portfolio including workplace, hospitality, wellness centers and medspas.

These environments have been transformed with great design, function and remarkable personality through teamwork and partnership. Michele pursues invaluable collaboration within the firm, through field experts and, most importantly, with their clients.

Michele received her academic training in interior design at New York School of Interior Design and went on to be the founder of Asta Design Group. The design firm is a member of the Window Covering Association of America and Shore Builders Association, New Jersey Builders Association and the National Association of Home Builders.

Michele is a New Jersey licensed realtor® associate with Goldstone Realty, which provides a multifaceted approach and understanding when working with a homeowner, buyer, investor or developer.

The Asta Design Group team continues to create elevated interior design for the new ages.

Allison graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Anthropology from Monmouth University. She has always had an interest in interior design, and decided to pursue a career with Asta Design Group when she met Michele in 2020. Allison uses her background in Anthropology when designing as a tool for understanding a client’s lifestyle through observing their existing surroundings and exploring ways to reflect their individuality throughout their space. Allison loves seeing design concepts come to fruition and the positive impact they make in the lives of each client.
