We updated the old brick facade with a bright stucco bringing the home back to life. The overgrown landscaping was replaced with a new shrubbery design to enhance the home’s curb appeal.

White shaker cabinets along with a soft gray backsplash were selected to create a light and airy vibe.

We redesigned the older floor plan by removing existing walls to create an open concept. Rectified tile mimicking natural stone provided warmth & texture to the great room.

We incorporated luxurious Bertazzoni appliances to enhance the chef’s cooking experience.

The old painted brick was white-washed with shades of gray.

In keeping with a clean modern theme, the hallway bathroom was updated with a double sink for elevated form & function.

To complete the project, the basement underwent a full renovation. LVT flooring was used to replace old shag carpeting. Due to its moisture resistance and durability, LVT was an ideal option for areas below ground level.

The barrel swivel chairs were upholstered in a luxurious velvet jewel tone to compliment the depth of color on the custom built-in dry bar.

The glamorous bar cart on wheels can easily be re-located for optimal functionality.

Natural cork wallcovering with a geometric pattern and outlined in a rich gold metallic was the perfect embellishment to the stylish lounge.

New full bathroom was added in the basement renovation. We used white subway tile with a contrasting grout color and decorative accent tile to tie in all of the elements. Luxury vinyl tile is an ideal selection for below ground level living areas. Along with its water repellant properties and durability, LVT flooring enhances the design aesthetic.
